abstract |
A (meth)acryloxy-bearing alkoxysilane is isolated andnpurified to a high purity by distilling a reaction solutionncontaining the (meth)acryloxy-bearing alkoxysilane in anthin-layer distillation device at a temperature of 90-160°Cnand a vacuum of 1-15 mmHg. The resulting alkoxysilanenproduct does not give rise to the quality problem that thenproduct will gradually whiten during storage owing toncontact with air. The occurrence of self-polymerization ofnthe alkoxysilane is restrained. |
