abstract |
Certain specified variants of a parent lipase belonging to the Pseudomonas sp. lipase family have improved properties, in particular improved washing properties. The lipase variants of the invention have an amino acid sequence comprising substitution, deletion or insertion of an amino acid at one or more specified positions of the parent lipase. The invention also provides methods of preparing such lipase variants. |
