abstract N-Hydroxyurea derivatives represented by general formula (I), pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof or hydrates or solvates of the same, each having antiallergic or anti-inflammatory effects, wherein one of R1, R3 and R4 represents A while one of the remainders of R1, R3 and R4 and R2 represents 3-pyridyl or 3-pyridylalkyl, and the remainders of R1, R2, R3 and R4 independently represent each H, halogeno or optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl; R5 represents H or lower alkyl; R6 represents H, lower alkyl, C3-7 cycloalkyl or phenyl optionally substituted by halogeno, lower alkyl or lower alkoxy; and B represents a bond, C1-20 alkylene, C2-8 alkenylene or C2-8 alkynylene, or B-C(R5) represents C2-6 alkylene having an intermediate benzene ring.
