Then, the crushed materials are mixed with organicnsolvent so that a coating material made of the crushednelectrode is prepared. The coating material made of thencrushed electrode is applied to the surface of the conductivensubstrate so that an electrode is manufactured. As annalternative to this, an electrode mixture coating material madenof electrode active material powder, thermoplastic resin andnorganic solvent is dried so that a solid electrode is obtained.nCrushed materials obtained by crushing the solid electrode arenmixed with organic solvent so that a coating material made ofnthe crushed electrode is prepared. The coating material madenof the crushed electrode is applied to the conductive substratenso that an electrode is manufactured. The manufacturingnmethods enable an electrode having excellent characteristicsnto be manufactured with a low cost by reusing a waste coatingnmaterial generated because of a process for manufacturingnelectrodes or scraps of electrodes or electrodes included innspent batteries.
