abstract This invention relates to an injection syringe (1) including andevice for preparation of an injection in situ, useful to theninjection which is liable to suffer chemical changes if left fornlong time in the state of solution or dispersion ready to inject.nThis invention particularly relates to an injection syringe (1)nportable by a patient who may prepare a necessary injectionnfor himself in situ with use of a device included in thensyringe (1) which will automatically perform an injection with anprescribed dosage. n This invention is intended to offer an injection syringe (1) includingna device for preparation of an injection, whereby mechanicalnimpacts affecting to the medicine and consequently,nchemical changes with a medicine would be minimized during thenstep of dissolving the medicine. The syringe (1) as noted is especiallynuseful for preparation of injection and injection of humanngrowth hormones, interferon and various polypeptides which arenenvironmentally sensitive nature and liable to suffer chemicalnchanges if left for long time in the state of solution orndispersion.
