abstract | The invention concerns an artificial membrane structure analogous to fixed plasmic membranes comprising a solid substrate (61); a functional membrane (63) which does not circumscribe the external medium; and at least one bifunctional fixing compound (62) inserted between the membrane (63) and the substrate (61), co-operating by polyelectrolytic complexing with the substrate (61) and by lyotropic bonds with the membrane (63).
