titleOfInvention Interdental cleaner and manufacturing process
abstract For good dental care, an interdental cleaner is disclosed which consists of a stretch stick-shaped support made of a first plastic material, the surface of which is partly covered with at least one insert or a plating made of a second plastic material softer than the first one. The insert can be placed in a recess built in the support and maintained through form-closure inside same. If the first plastic material of the support and/or the second plastic material of the insert or plating contains one or more additives, the cleaning or hygiene efficiency can vary and be optimized. During the process of manufacturing said interdental cleaner, the second plastic material of the insert or plating can be injected on the first plastic material of the support. The support and the insert or plating can be made according to a two-component injection moulding process.
