abstract The invention concerns a process for the preparation of a chilled product having anfilling and a coating, the process comprising :n i) disposing the filling and the coating each in a separate hopper, ii) separately dosing the filling and the coating each into a separate pistonnchamber, iii) simultaneously feeding the coating from its chamber to the outer conduit ofna concentric nozzle, and the filling from its chamber to the central conduitnof the nozzle, iv) dosing the coating, then the coating and the filling together and finally thencoating into a mould, and v) repeating the process for another chilled product.
