A time-temperature indicator device comprises anpolymeric layer having a first and second surface andna dye composition adhered to said first surfacencomprising a dye which diffuses into the polymericnlayer as a result of a cumulative time-temperaturenexposure wherein the dye is invisible when viewed innvisible radiation and is detectable as a result ofnabsorption of non-visible radiation. The device maynbe attached to a product for monitoring cumulativentime-temperature exposure. |
