An electroluminescence device is disclosed, comprising atnleast three kinds of laminated bodies, in each of which annemission region is independently present in each of a holentransfer layer and an electron transfer layer, the laminatednbodies comprising the hole transfer layers each comprising anlayer comprising a common material, and the electron transfernlayers each comprising a layer comprising a common material, nand the electroluminescence device emitting at least threencolors of light. A process for producing annelectroluminescence device is also disclosed, comprising atnleast three kinds of laminated bodies, in each of which annemission region is independently present in each of a holentransfer layer and an electron transfer layer, the laminatednbodies comprising the hole transfer layers each comprising anlayer comprising a common material, and the electron transfernlayers each comprising a layer comprising a common material, nand the electroluminescence device emitting at least threencolors of light, the process comprising a step of forming a firstnelectrode, which is common in at least three kinds of thenlaminated bodies, on a common substrate, a step of forming thenhole transfer layers by film formation of a common hole transfernlayer forming material on a region containing at least threenkinds of the laminated bodies on the first electrode, a stepnof forming the electron transfer layers by film formation of na common electron transfer layer forming material on a regionncontaining at least three kinds of the laminated bodies on anregion containing the hole transfer layers, and a step ofnforming second electrodes for at least three kinds of thenlaminated bodies on the electron transfer layers, to face thenfirst electrode. |
