An incinerator (machine) composing a drying chamber (9), a decomposingnchamber (12), a combusting chamber (25), a catalytic converter (35), anwater vapor condenser (38) and a heat utilising apparatus (40) which arenintegrated such that combustion air flows along the inside (19) of an insulatednexterior wall (54) and a counter flow heat exchange is effected between the airncontaining dust, and the ash and exhaust gas, wherein base is mixed to burnnwastes. Most of the constituent elements may be incorporated in a rotating body.nThe temperature of exhaust gas is close to the room temperature, and anscrubber can be directly connected or integrated. The discharge of pollutantsncan be reduced to a very low level. No auxiliary fuel other than the fuel for theninitial heating and the pilot light for maintaining the flame is needed to burn evennwastes having a water content of 90 % or greater. It is possible to deal withnvarious types of wastes and to adopt various types of incinerators. |
