Monoclonal antibody specific to anti-human fibrin monomer, process for producing the same, hybridomas, and immunoassay method |
abstract |
Provided are a monoclonal antibody making it possible tondetect a native fibrin monomer, which are produced at theninitial state of blood coagulation, and soluble fibrin; anhybridoma; and an immunoassay for assaying the initial stage ofnblood coagulation highly sensitively, and promptly, using thenmonoclonal antibody. Using a fibrinogen analogous compound innblood as an immune source, cell fusion is carried out to preparena monoclonal antibody which is not reactive with fibrinogen andnis specifically and simultaneously reactive with a nativenfibrin monomer (that is, a fibrin monomer which is present in anbody fluid, in particular in blood, and is not solubilized) andnsoluble fibrin. The fibrin monomer analogous compound isnpreferably fibrinogen treated with bathroxobin, which is ansnake venom. |
