abstract Methods are disclosed of producing and using Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) proteins, in native, truncated of fusion forms, complexed with MHC binding peptides and conjugated to targeting molecules, in order to target selected cells in a subject for T cell mediated destruction in vivo. The MHC proteins are chosen so to be allogeneic with respect to the host and the targeting molecules are chosen to selectively bind to the target cells. Pharmaceutical preparations including the targeted peptide-MHC complexes are also disclosed.
