titleOfInvention Cellulose microfibre
abstract The invention relates to a method for producing cellulose fibres. Cellulose is dissolved in an aqueous tertiary amino oxide giving a spinnable solution. This solution is spun into filaments using a spinneret, and the filaments are drawn through an air gap into a regenerating bath, in order to regenerate the dissolved cellulose. The method is characterized in that the solution used for spinning has less than 0.20 % volume cellulose, in particular less than 0.05 % volume in relation to the volume of the solution, with a molecular weight of at least 5x10<5>, and the air in the air gap has a moisture content of less than 5g water/kg air.
