abstract | A multilayer blow-molded article comprising atnleast two or more layers, characterized in that thenmolded article is composed of materials satisfying ancondition of To<Ti, in which To (°C) is a DTULn(deflection temperature under load) of a resinnconstituting an outermost layer and Ti (°C) is a DTUL ofna resin which is a principal constitutional component ofnan inner layer and that an external surface of the moldednarticle satisfies a surface characteristic of a surfacenroughness of 0.2 µm or less defined by a center linenaverage roughness (Ra) or a 60 degree specular glossinessnof 60 % or more, and a blow-molding method of anmultilayer blow-molded article comprising at least two ornmore layers, wherein blow-molding is carried out withnselecting resins and a mold temperature satisfying ancondition of To<Tm<Ti, in which To (°C) is a DTUL of anresin constituting an outermost layer, Ti (°C) is a DTULnof a resin which is a principal constitutional componentnof an inner layer and Tm (°C) is a mold temperature.nProvided is a mold article which has surface smoothnessnand gloss resulted from good transfer of a mold cavitynsurface without allowing the production cost to rise. |
