abstract In order to fix an implant for securing a sinew replacement to a channel in the knee region of the tibia without further weakening the tibia, it is proposed that said implant take the form of a plate, with through apertures for filaments secured to the sinew replacement, of such a size that it completely covers the outlet aperture of the channel from the tibia.
