The present invention relates to an optical thin filmncontaining titanium oxide, cerium oxide and bismuth oxide, nwherein the content ratio of the titanium oxide, cerium oxide, nand bismuth oxide is within the area expressed by four-cornerednshape ABCD consisting of A (4,1,95), B (98,1,1), C (20,79,1),nand D (3,14,83) in term of coordinate points (TiO 2 mol percent,nCeO 2 mol percent, and Bi 2 O 3 mol percent) of the mol ratio whennbeing converted to oxides of TiO 2 , CeO 2 , and Bi 2 O 3 . Furthermore, nwith the invention, a comparatively high refractive index filmnlayer and a comparatively low refractive index film layer arenalternately laminated at least three layers on a transparentnglass substrate, at least two layers of said three layers arenhigh refractive index films, and at least one layer of saidnhigh refractive index films is said optical thin film.nTherefore, the invention provides an optical thin film havingna high refractive index to increase a thermic ray reflectionnselecting performance and having ultraviolet ray absorptionnperformance, and provides ultraviolet ray absorbing andnthermic ray reflecting glass using the same. |
