abstract |
The first group of the present invention is a woodnreinforcing carbon fiber prepreg, which is produced throughnimpregnation with a mixture resin at a viscosity of 3 to 150npoises at 20 °C, wherein the mixture resin contains one ornmore resins selected from resorcinol based resins and resol typenphenol based resins, formaldehydes as curing agents andninorganic acids or organic acids as curing catalysts. Thenfirst group of the present invention is a wood reinforcingncarbon fiber prepreg having a longer usable time and beingncapable of imparting the rigidity and elastic modulus of carbonnfiber to the wood to be reinforced at a high ratio. n The second group of the present invention is a woodnreinforcing carbon fiber prepreg attached wood based sheet,nwherein a wood based sheet of a thickness of 0.01 mm to 0.06 mmnis arranged on at least one face of a carbon fiber prepregnsheet produced through impregnation with a mixture resinncontaining a thermosetting resin and a curing agent or a curingncatalyst. The second group of the present invention is ancarbon fiber prepreg sheet, or a carbon fiber prepreg attachednwood based sheet produced through the attachment of the strand,nor a carbon fiber composite wood based sheet produced by curingnthem, characterized in that it has excellent adhesivity andnhandleability with no occurrence of environmental pollution whennapplied to wood and glued laminated lumbers, to impart thenrigidity and elastic modulus of carbon fiber to the wood to benreinforced at a high ratio. |
