| abstract |
A method for the discharge of a liquid and anliquid discharge head are provided which produce stablendischarge of the liquid and, at the same time,nfacilitate the supply of the liquid by repressing thenoscillation of a movable separation membrane during thenextinction of bubbles. The method comprises using anmovable separation membrane for separating a first flownpath communicating with a discharge port forndischarging the liquid and a second flow path furnishednwith a bubble generating region for generating bubblesnin the liquid by the use of a heating element,ndisposing a movable member opposed to the bubblengenerating region across the movable separationnmembrane and furnished with a free terminal in thendirection of liquid discharge, causing separationnbetween the movable separation membrane and the movablenmember during the contraction of the bubbles, andninducing the intrusion of the liquid therebetween. |
