abstract | There is disclosed a silver halide colornphotographic light-sensitive material having at least onensilver halide emulsion layer on a base, wherein the saidnsilver halide emulsion layer contains at least one cyanndye-forming coupler and a polymer represented by formulan[I]:n -(A) X -(B) y - n wherein A represents a repeating unit derivednfrom at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer havingnat least one -COOM group in the molecule, wherein Mnrepresents a hydrogen atom or a cation atom; B representsna repeating unit derived from at least one ethylenicallynunsaturated monomer free from a -COOM group, and x and ynare 15 to 85 and 85 to 15, respectively, in terms ofnweight percentages of A and B, provided that x + y = 100 .nThis light-sensitive material can be color-developed in anshort period of time, is high in color-forming properties,ncan produce a cyan dye image improved with regard to blixnfading, and can be processed to give a color photographnthat keeps the color balance of the image from beingndestroyed and is improved in image quality. |
