abstract The invention relates to an effect cement for natural and artificial stones based on cold-curing 2-component polyester resins or on the basis of cold-curing 2-component epoxy resins as binders and with fillers and pigments. The effect putty according to the invention has a content of 60 to 70% by weight of binder, 5 to 15% by weight of inorganic fillers, 0.5 to 5% by weight of pigments, 12.5 to 20% by weight of effect substances and possibly 10 to 12.5% by weight .-% structural substances. The effect substances consist either of a mixture of natural mica minerals or of an artificial mica mineral. A characteristic optical effect is associated with the new putty.
