This invention provides a method for producing a cushionnstructure having excellent quality in a short time by the final heat-moldingnof a fiber aggregate containing binder fibers by compressionnmolding a fiber aggregate in multiple stages leaving the thermalnshrinkage margin, passing hot gas through a by-pass channel on thenside wall part of the molded article to eliminate the problem ofninsufficient heating of the side face of the molded article and detectingnthe completion of the filling of the fiber aggregate into the mold cavitynby the pressure variation in the mold cavity. |
