The device comprises (i) a shape (11), (ii) a storage container (1) for fillers which can optionally be connected to the mold (11), (iii) a storage container (2) for the inert liquid which can be connected to the mold (11), (iv) a storage container (3) for the binder which can be connected to the mold (11), (v) a filling and emptying device (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 18) which allows the controlled supply and discharge of the inert liquid and the controlled supply of the binder into the mold (11), and (vi) a control device (19) which controls the filling and emptying device (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 18) so that at least steps B, C and D can be carried out. n n n The process provides high-strength molded articles that are particularly suitable as building materials.
