titleOfInvention Composition having disinfecting action
abstract Composition having disinfecting action comprising:n (a) 35-75 wt.% of hydrogen peroxide (b) 10-150 ppm of silver (c) 1-100 ppm of inorganic acid (d) 0-100 ppm of organic stabilizer, and (e) 25-65 wt.% of water, nwherein the inorganic acid:silver molar ratio is less than 1. n The composition can be prepared by mixing the inorganic acid withnwater, adding a silver compound to this solution, then adding, if desired, annorganic stabilizer, and finally adding a solution of hydrogen peroxide in water (fornexample 35-50 wt.% of H 2 O 2 ) to the mixture thus obtained. n The composition is very suitable as disinfectant for water in swimmingnpools.
