A description is given of new naphthylpiperazine derivatives of generalnformula (I)n nin which R 1 and R 2, equal to or different from each other, can benhydrogen, a short chain alkyl group, halogen, a nitro group, an aminongroup, an acylamino group and a short chain alkoxy group; n can takenvalues between 2 and 5; and R 3 can be a methoxyl radical, a fluorinenand a hydrogen atom, and their addition salts with pharmaceuticallynacceptable acids. n The compounds present affinity for serotonin 5HT 1A and 5HT 2 nreceptors and for dopamine D 2 receptors, and can be useful asnantipsychotics. n Their preparation is also described. |
