abstract |
The invention relates to oral and dental hygiene agents with a percentage of water-soluble cationic active ingredients (A), e.g. biguanide compounds such as chlorohexidine. To increase the concentration of said active ingredients in the cariogenic biofilms of the surface of the mouth and teeth when cleaning teeth said agents contain an alkyl-(oligo)-glucoside (B) of the formula RO(C6H10O5)x-H in which R is an alkyl group with 8 to 16 C-atoms and x, the oligomerisation degree of the glucoside radical, has a value of from 1 to 10, and a water-soluble monofluorophosphate salt (C), e.g. sodium monofluorophosphate. |
