Viral recombinant pseudo-particles characterized in that they are formed by self-assembly of at least one protein having a viral structure, in that they have a size comprised between about 20 and 60 nm, in that they form an approximately icosahedral structure, an in that said protein is modified by the presence of at least one epitope comprising a sequence from 8 to 25 amino acids which is susceptible of association to at least one molecule of class I and/or II of the major histocompatibility complex, with the exclusion of the epitope C3:T, said association being recognized by cytotoxic lymphocytes TCD8<+> and/or TCD4<+>. Said pseudo-particles may be used as anti-viral vaccines or as medicaments. |
