abstract |
An abutment tooth model which can improve a mold releasable property ofnthe prosthetic restoration (releasability from an abutment tooth model or a mold)nand a method of manufacturing such a prosthetic restoration are provided. Thenabutment tooth model is formed of a base material such as an ultra-hard plastern(CaSO 4 ยท2H 2 O), and at least one oxide selected from the group comprising Zr, Y andnCa. The abutment tooth model is formed so as to be slightly larger than thenabutment tooth to the extent of the degree of shrinkage of the prosthetic restorationn(green body) by taking the curing expansion upon molding and the thermalnexpansion upon sintering into account The abutment tooth is formed using ancompound in which Ti powder or Ti alloy powder is contained as its main component,nand the compound is built up onto the abutment tooth model 5 so as to have andesired shape, and thus obtained green body is subjected to a debinding treatment.nThen, the green body is sintered together with the green body to obtain a prostheticnrestoration composed of the metal sintered body. |
