abstract |
This invention provides a cationicnelectrodeposition coating composition comprisingn (A) a resin prepared by reacting an epoxy- or carboxyl-containingnacrylic polymer, a bisphenol compound and anbisphenol diglycidyl ether-type epoxy resin to produce annepoxy-containing resin and introducing thereinto cationicngroups and (B) a hydroxyl- and amino-containing acrylic resin,nthe resins (A) and (B) being crosslinked and cured bynurethanation reaction with (C) an isocyanate crosslinkingnagent component. The cationic electrodeposition coatingncomposition of the invention is excellent in curabilitynand in corrosion resistance of the cured coating film. |
