A hollow spinal spacer for engagement within a disc space between adjacent vertebrae. The spacer comprises a convexly curved anterior surface and a posterior wall having a generally flat posterior surface, and two lateral walls integrally connected between said anterior wall and said posterior wall to define a chamber. The walls define a superior vertebral engaging face having a first opening in communication with said chamber and an inferior vertebral engaging face having a second opening in communication with said chamber. The spacer is configured as a single piece structure that is sized and shaped to fill the disc space. <IMAGE> |
