titleOfInvention Particle measuring device for granule processing apparatus and particle measuring method
abstract In a particle measurement device (1) for a powder orngranular material processing apparatus, powder or granularnmaterial is introduced into a drawing tube (3), which is formednto be projected from the inside of the granulating vessel (2),nby injecting high pressure gas from the inside of thengranulating vessel (2), so as to capture it with adhesive filmn(6). The captured powder or granular material is photographed, nand, based on the obtained image information, information onnthe powder or granular material within the granulating vesseln(2) is obtained. An air inlet (4), which is communicated with thendrawing tube (3), is provided in the drawing tube (3) in thenneighborhood of its end portion (3b) on the side of the outsidenof the granulating vessel (2). Through this air inlet (4), gasnhaving higher pressure than the inside of the granulatingnvessel (2) is introduced into the drawing tube (3). By this, innthe particle measurement device for the powder or granularnprocessing apparatus, effects of remaining powder orngranular material and flow out of the powder or granularnmaterial are removed, and grain size etc. are measured withnhigh reliability.
