titleOfInvention Cooking system with an electric cooking-plate, transferring heat by conduction
abstract A contact heat-transferring electric hotplate (11) is created, which consists of a non-oxide ceramic, in particular silicon nitride. Its very thin hotplate body (14) in the form of a disc is built into a built-in plate in a self-supporting manner, for example by gluing, and has an extremely flat surface or shape adapted to a cooking vessel, which creates such a small gap to the cooking vessel that coupling even with higher power densities with only a few degrees temperature difference. The heater (17) is also attached to the underside of the hotplate body (14) in contact or directly connected to it.
