A donor film for an organic thin film of an organicnelectroluminescence device (EL device), and a method fornmanufacturing an organic EL device using the same. The donornfilm includes a base film, a light-absorbing layer formed onnthe base film, and a transfer layer formed on the light-absorbingnlayer. The transfer layer is formed of a luminousnmaterial, a hole transfer low molecular weight compound, anhole transfer high molecular weight compound, an electronntransfer low molecular weight compound or an electron transfernhigh molecular weight compound, and the luminous material isnan organic electroluminescence layer, an organometallicncomplex electroluminescence material or an electroluminescencenpolymer. Therefore, excellent, finely patterned organic thinnfilms for an organic EL device can be formed. In addition,nfine patterns of red, green and blue pixels can be formed,nthereby providing full color displaying and a high qualitynorganic EL device. |
