The invention relates to a process for the preparation of polyglycerylated amines of formula: in which R represents a hydrocarbon chain, linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated, C 6 -C 32 , R 1 represents a hydrocarbon chain, linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated, C 1 -C 22 or -CH 2 -CH (OH) -CH 2 -OR 2 , A represents H or R 2 represents a pattern or a sequence of patterns of formula: and or formula in which the available valence of the oxygen atom is linked to a hydrogen atom, said process being characterized in that it consists in: a ) reacting an amine of formula and an ether of formula: in which R 3 represents H or a hydrocarbon chain, linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated, C 1 -C 22 , and A, R, R 2 have the meaning given above, the available valence of the atom oxygen being linked to a protective group, and b) unprotect. n n n It also relates to the aforementioned amines and their derivatives occurringnespecially in the form of amine oxide, quaternary ammonium, saltnammonium and betaine. |
