A solar cell module is constructed in such annarrangement that a photovoltaic element is covered bynat least a sealant resin and a surface protecting film,nwherein an oxygen permeability of the surfacenprotecting film is not less than 1 cc/m 2 ·24 hr·atm andnnot more than 50 cc/m 2 ·24 hr·atm at 25°C/90%RH, therebynproviding the solar cell module with high reliabilitynfree of deterioration of the sealant resin,nparticularly free of yellowing, in long-term outdoornexposure use. |
