titleOfInvention | Device for dosing hydrogen peroxide containing aqueous solutions |
abstract | A device for dosing aqueous solutions containing hydrogen peroxide (active oxygen), in particular for water treatment (disinfection, algae prevention, etc.) in swimming pools is described. In order to enable reliable measurement of the active oxygen content in water and further conversion of the measurement signal for automatic metering of the active oxygen, it is provided that the device has a measuring and control device with a measuring cell (1) designed as a flow armature to achieve the measurement signal, a control system (5) for evaluating and further processing the measurement signal, a dosing device (6) with a drive device for conveying the dosing medium (hydrogen peroxide-containing aqueous solution) and a storage container (9) for the dosing medium that has a 3-electrode in the measuring cell (1) -System for generating a concentration-proportional electrical measurement signal and an electrical reference signal is provided, wherein the measuring electrode is a platinum electrode with a negative reference voltage, the reference electrode consists of silver or silver chloride and the counter electrode is a stainless steel, nickel or titanium electrode is. |
