The light-sensitive layer containsnsilver halide and a hydrophilic polymer. The hardeningnlayer or the light-sensitive layer contains a reducingnagent. An adhesive layer or the light-sensitive layer containsna water-soluble synthetic polymer. The adhesivenlayer is provided between the hardening layer and thenlight-sensitive layer. The water-soluble synthetic polymerncomprises a repeating unit represented by the formula (I)nin an amount of at least 50 mol %:n nin which each of n1 and n2 is an integer of 10 to 5,000;neach of R 1 and R 2 is hydrogen, an alkyl group or an arylngroup; X is -O-R 4 -O- or -NR 5 -; R 4 is an alkylene group, annalkyleneoxyalkylene group, an arylene group or an aralkylenengroup; R 5 is an alkyl group or an aryl group; Y 1 isn-CO- or -CONH-; Y 2 is -CO- or -NHCO-; and R 3 is an alkylenengroup, an alkenylene group, an arylene group or an aralkylenengroup. |
