The process for preparing a product containing a healthfulncomponent according to the present invention is capable ofnproviding a product containing a healthful component comprising atnleast one member of the group consisting of liver functionnimproving constituents, cardiac function improving constituents,nanti-inflammatory constituents, antifat constituents,nantioxidation constituents, and antimutagen constituents; andnapplied products containing the plain product as an ingredient, fornexample, foods which can be ingested in a large amount, livestocknfeeds and aquacultural feeds, cosmetics, diets of pets, andnprecursory products for pharmaceutical preparations. The processnis capable of simply preparing the above-mentioned product in anlarge amount at a low cost. Heretofore, such products as thenproduct of the present invention have not been provided at all. Thenpresent invention is characterized in that koji mold is inoculatednon a pulse crop to effect koji preparation, and the resultant fromnthe koji preparation is hydrolyzed to thereby obtain the productncontaining the healthful component having the above-mentionednexcellent activities. |
