New polypeptides comprise at least 10 consecutive amino acids from the 1786 amino acids sequence of the liver stage antigen (LSA)-3, other than the following: RDELFNELLN SVDVNGEVKE NILEESQVND DIFNSLVKSV QQEQQHNVEE VEESVEENDE ESVEENVEEN VENNDDGSVA SSVEESIASS VDESIDSSIE ENVAPTVEEI VAPTVEEIVA PSVVEKCAPS VEESVAPSVE ESVAEMLKER (729S) RDELFNELLN SVDVNGEVKE NILEESQVND DIFNSLVKSV QQEQQHN DELFNELLNS VDVNGEVKEN ILEESQ (NR I) LEESQVNDDI FSNSLVKSVQ QEQQHNV (NR II) VESVAPSVEE SVAPSVEESV AENVEESV (729 RE). Also new is a polypeptide that is at least 70% homologous to the sequence: Leu Leu Ser Asn Ile Glu Glu Pro Lys Glu Asn Ile Ile Asp Asn Leu Leu Asn Asn Ile (CT1). |
