abstract |
The invention relates to a method and an installation for treating crude gasolines.ncatalytic cracking with a view to obtaining gasolines having the qualities necessary fornuse as automotive fuels.n n n The process includes selective hydrogenation, followed by stabilization andnpossibly cooling of the effluent, then a softening followed by andegassing to obtain a dedicated, stabilized and softened gasoline.n n n Preferably, the hydrogenation catalyst comprises 0.1-1% of palladium, depositednon a support.n n n The softening is preferably carried out on a solid catalyst containing analkali metal aluminosilicate (e.g. sodalite), a metal chelate andncharcoal.n n n The product of this process can be directly poured into the petrol pool or advantageously fractionated in order to obtain one or more cuts which can be used as fillers for etherification. |
