A donor filmnincluding a base film, a light absorption layer and antranscription layer is put on the lower substrate (51) ofnthe LCD, in which a transparent substrate (52), antransparent electrode (53) and an alignment layer (54) arenstacked in sequence and then a laser beam is transcribednthereonto to form spacers having uniform height and width.nA corresponding method is used to manufacture a plasmandisplay panel having barrier walls.
