titleOfInvention | Chemically adsorbed film, method of manufacturing the same, and chemical adsorption solution used for the same |
abstract | A chemically adsorbed film is formed on a substrate surfacenas a coating film, in which film-composing molecules are inclined inna preferable direction and are bonded and fixed to the substratensurface in a predetermined single direction and at one end. Ancoating film with excellent anti-abrasion properties is provided bynadding the same type of a crosslinking agent as a chemical adsorbentnin a chemical adsorption solution in film-forming processes, and thennby crosslinking adsorbed molecules. 5 wt.% of CF 3 (CF 2 ) 7 (CH 2 ) 2 SiCl 3 n(chemical adsorbent), 3 wt.% of hexachlorodisiloxane (crosslinkingnagent), and 92 wt.% of cyclohexane (nonaqueous solvent; bp. 80°C) arenmixed so as to prepare a chemical adsorption solution. The solutionnis coated on an aluminum substrate in a dry atmosphere, and thensolvent is evaporated and removed from the substrate. Thus, anpolymer coating film is formed in which molecules are entangled andncrosslinked and are covalently bonded to the substrate surface. |
