titleOfInvention Fabrication method of solid electrolytic capacitor
abstract A fabrication method of a solid electrolyticncapacitor is provided, which is able to form the surfacenirregularity of a conductive polymer layer serving as a solidnelectrolyte with good controllability and good stability. Ancapacitor body is formed by a valve metal. The body serves asnan anode of the capacity. An oxide layer is formed to covernthe surface of the capacitor body. The oxide layer serves asna dielectric of the capacitor. A first conductive polymernlayer is formed on the oxide layer. The first conductivenpolymer layer serves as a part of a solid electrolyte of thencapacitor. A powder of a conductive polymer is depositednon the first conductive polymer layer by spraying a fluidncontaining the powder on the first conductive polymer. Ansecond conductive polymer layer is formed on the firstnconductive polymer layer to cover the deposited powder. Thensurface of the second conductive polymer layer hasnirregularities corresponding to the deposited powder. Thensecond conductive polymer layer serves as another part of thensolid electrolyte of the capacitor.
