titleOfInvention Method for heating a mould
abstract The invention relates to a method for heating a mold (5) for the production of molded articles made of plastic, the mold (5) being heated by contacting a temperature-controlled heat transfer medium (8) which consists of a fine-grained material. In order to ensure that the respective mold (5) can be heated in a much shorter time than is possible with comparable known methods, the invention proposes to use nitride powder, preferably aluminum nitride, as the heat carrier (8) . <IMAGE>
