abstract |
Impurities such as proteins or solids are separated from the analytes to be analyzed from an analysis sample (2) to be analyzed by dialysis. An analysis solution (3) containing the analytes (1) is separated from an acceptor solution (5) by a membrane (7) of a dialysis cell (11). The membrane (7) is selected so that the analytes (1) diffuse from the analysis solution (3) through the membrane (7) into the acceptor solution (5). In order to obtain the highest possible concentration of analytes (1) in the acceptor solution (5), the analysis solution (3) is constantly renewed. The acceptor solution (5) remains standing in an acceptor chamber (18) until the concentration of the analytes (1) in the acceptor solution (5) has reached a predetermined value, for example 95%. |
