créer un plasma gazeux (17) à pression atmosphériquendans au moins un tube creux diélectrique (16); faire circuler lesdits gaz à traiter dans leditnau moins un tube diélectrique (16) en contact avec leditnplasma gazeux en vue de la dissociation des moléculesnconstitutives desdits gaz pour former des composésnréactifs, notamment fluorés ; et faire réagir lesdits composés réactifs formésnavec un élément réactif correspondant (12) en vue de leurndestruction. n This process for treating perfluorinated and hydrofluorocarbon gases comprises the steps consisting in: creating a gas plasma (17) at atmospheric pressure in at least one hollow dielectric tube (16); circulating said gases to be treated in said at least one dielectric tube (16) in contact with said gas plasma for the purpose of dissociating the constituent molecules of said gases to form reactive compounds, in particular fluorinated compounds; and reacting said reactive compounds formed with a corresponding reactive element (12) for destruction. |
