A packaged meal is provided in the form of a kit arrangementnwhich is formulated and prepared for storage under refrigerated,nnon-frozen conditions for extended time periods. The kit includesna compartmentalized, hermetically sealed package, with anrefrigerated baked dough component (22) hermetically sealed withinnone of the compartments (15, 16) and being specially formulated tonmaintain its freshness during extended refrigerated storage withinnthe hermetically sealed package.
