titleOfInvention Process for processing domestic waste
abstract Proposed is a process in which the material in question undergoes pyrolysis, dust is removed from the pyrolysis gas, a portion of which is then burned and the remaining portion is fed into a furnace (1). Hot gas produced in the combustion process is used for heating the pyrolysis reactor (2); waste gas resulting from that heating operation and pyrolysis coke are fed into the furnace. Also proposed is a device for processing domestic waste, comprising a pyrolysis reactor (2), dust removal unit (5), combustion chamber (6), pyrolysis coke cooling unit (7), metal separation unit (8), shredding unit (9), melting furnace (1), secondary combustion chamber (10), heat recovery unit (11) and flue gas cleaning unit (12).
