There is provided a molding resin composition comprising:n (A) 100 parts (by weight, hereinafter the same applies) of a polyester resin, (B) 1 to 100 parts of a graft modified polyolefin resin prepared by impregnating 0.1 to 30 parts of at least one selected from N-glycidyloxy-substituted benzyl (met) acrylate and glycidyl (met)acrylate, 1 to 500 parts of a vinyl monomer to 100 parts of a polyolefin resin to form an aqueous suspention, then polymerizing, and (C) 0.1 to 20 parts of a copolymer comprising 99 to 50 % (by weight, hereinafter the same applies) of a specific vinyl monomer and 1 to 50 % of glycidyl methacrylate. n The resin composition has improved properties of polyester resins such as melt tension and mechanical properties, and stable molding properties and recyclability. |
