A highly thermal-conductive and thermal-resistantnelectrically insulated coil with less outflow of anthermosetting resin composition can be produced, tonprovide a small-scale, light-weight rotating machinenwith high power. n The thermosetting resin composition comprisingn (a) a polyfunctional epoxy resin containing three or morenp-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)phenyl groups and a group representednby the Chemical formula 1; or an epoxy resin with annaphthalene backbone, represented by the Chemicalnformula 3, 4 or 5 or an epoxy resin with an anthracenenbackbone, such as diglycidyl ether of anthracene diol andntriglycidyl ether of anthracene triol; (b) a bifunctional epoxy resin containing two p-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)phenylngroups; (c) an acid anhydride curing agent; and (d) a metal acetonate curing catalyst represented by thenChemical formula 2 at 0.1 to 5 parts by weight per 100nparts by weight of the epoxy resins. n In accordance with the present invention, a highlynthermal-conductive and thermal-resistant electricallyninsulated coil with less outflow of the thermosetting nresin composition can be produced, to provide ansmall-scale, light-weight rotating machine armature withnhigh power. |
